ENROLLMENT INFORMATION

Enrollment Fee:
An enrollment fee is due before every child begins attending the Marian Hope Center. This includes children who will receive therapy services and as well as those considered to be peer models. The enrollment fee covers the cost of materials, snacks, supplies, etc., but does not include the cost of any therapy services provided during the classes and cannot be billed to insurance companies, Medicaid, First Steps, or the KCRC Autism Project. For the Fall/Spring 2010-2011 session, the enrollment fees are as follows:
3-hour sessions - $250.00
2-hour sessions - $150.00
1-hour sessions - $100.00
If you are enrolling your child in more than one class, you are responsible for only one enrollment fee, that required for the longest class (e.g., if your child will attend a 3-hour class and a 1-hour class, you are expected to pay only the fee for the 3-hour class). In order to reserve your child's space in one of our classes, please pay the enrollment fee no later than August 16, 2010. Returning families:
If you are interested in enrolling your child in a Summer 2010 class and you have been enrolled at the Marian Hope Center before, you can download an enrollment form. Please mail the completed form along with the enrollment fee to:

Classes will be filled on a first-come, first-serve basis. Class sizes will be determined based on the number of staff members available and facility space. If you have any questions regarding enrolling a returning client, please email Heather Ruoff.

New families:
If you are interested in enrolling your child in a class, but have never attended the Marian Hope Center before, you must schedule a meeting with a staff member in order to exchange information about your child and the program. At that time, you will be asked to complete an enrollment form, review and complete a privacy form packet, provide us with a copy of recent evaluations and any current IFSPs for IEPs, and pay the enrollment fee. All of these steps must be completed prior to your child attending the Marian Hope Center. To schedule an appointment, please email Heather Ruoff.
